Arrival and departure We are glad to pick our guests up at the Arosa train station.
You are travelling by car? You are welcome to use one of our 25 complimentary parking spaces.
The next bus stop of the Arosa public bus is only a 3 minute walk away.
Your room will be ready from 3 pm on day of arrival. We ask you to check out by 11 am on your departure day. That leaves our housekeeping enough time to tidy the room up for the following guests.
Rooms We deliberately do without mini bar in the rooms. However, a snack- and beverage vendor is at your disposal on the top floor.
No matter if you booked a room with balcony or without: enjoy the splendid view on our large roof top terrace and relax in an armchair.
Families For our youngest guests we offer a huge play room as well as an outdoor playground (during summer).
Baby cots, diaper changing table, baby bath tub, child seat are complimentary at your disposal.
Skiers, snowboarders and hikers Ski slopes and hiking paths can be reached very easily.
If there is enough snow, you may leave the hotel on the top level and ski down to the ski lift/cable car.

We also offer a modern ski room with a ski boot heater.
Toboggans may be rented at our reception.
During summer months the Arosa Card is included in the room rates. It entitles you to the free use of the mountain railways, the Arosa public bus and a lot more.
Internet W-LAN is at your disposal throughout the house.
Your four-legged companion Pets are welcome at CHF 12.00 per day (without food) in the guest rooms but sorry, not in the dining room.
Non-smoking hotel In accordance with the non-smoking law of Graubuenden which came into effect in March 2008 we manage a smoke-free operation. However, you are welcome to enjoy a cigarette in front of the hotel in our “smokers lounge”, on your balcony or on the roof top terrace. Thank you for your understanding.
Tickets, events We are glad to organize tickets for concerts and events taking place in Arosa.
Deposit A deposit will be required; it will be fully credited to your account.
